01Context

antivibe.dev is a pre-launch waitlist site for a SaaS platform aimed at web agencies and design-led freelancers. The product promise is one integrated place to research, design, communicate, and deliver client work, with named AI agents carrying context through each stage. The site is a single-page conversion experience, not a full product demo.

02Challenge

Agency workflows are fragmented across research, design, client comms, and delivery. Generic AI tools add speed but rarely preserve process or client-facing polish. The site had to qualify interest, build a waitlist, and communicate product depth without overwhelming detail, while feeling premium to a visually literate audience sceptical of another AI wrapper.

03Visual Direction

A narrow coal, paper, and smoke palette with no bright brand colour. Instrument Serif handles headlines, agent names, and the footer wordmark; Inter carries body and UI. Generous spacing, glass surfaces, and serif-led type create an editorial, Apple-adjacent dark UI. Feature cards use bespoke inline product mockups rather than stock photography.

04UX Logic

A single scroll narrative: hero proposition, waitlist signup above the fold, six-card bento proof, named AI agents, then a monumental footer wordmark. One-field email capture with inline validation, hash deep-linking to #waitlist, and a calm success state. Trust is built through demonstration (pipeline UI, comms feeds, agent roles) rather than claims.

05Build Notes

React 19, Vite 6, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, Lenis smooth scroll, Three.js point-cloud heading, and canvas-confetti on signup. Splash loader awaits fonts and critical assets; prefers-reduced-motion disables Lenis, blur strips, and long animations. Waitlist posts to a Make.com webhook; SEO includes Organization, WebSite, and SoftwareApplication schema.

Design Rationale

Coal black grounds the page with no saturated accent colour, signalling maturity over startup urgency

Serif headlines carry editorial weight; Inter keeps feature copy and UI legible

Liquid glass surfaces repeat across nav, waitlist bar, and success states for a cohesive product feel

Motion guides scroll and marks conversion without decorative noise; reduced-motion paths exist throughout
