A dark, precise detailing site for buyers who need proof before they book.

01Context

Maestro Detailing offers mobile and studio car detailing across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, with a studio in Wilmslow. The site needed to show the standard of the work, explain the service ladder and carry users from first visit to booking.

02Challenge

Detailing is a trust-led purchase. Customers are often handing over high-value vehicles to a provider they found online, so the site has to make proof visible early. Published pricing, technical detail, close-up photography and a structured booking flow all work toward trust before commitment.

03Visual Direction

Near-black charcoal, white and silver create a controlled automotive environment. Emerald is used sparingly, so action points stay clear. Condensed uppercase type gives the brand a precise, technical posture. The photography does the premium work without extra ornament.

04UX Logic

The service structure moves from maintenance plans to deeper correction work. The booking flow starts with low-effort choices, then introduces upgrades, availability and detail when intent is clearer. Local pages support discovery across Cheshire and South Manchester without crowding the main journey.

05Build Notes

Built with React, TypeScript and Supabase. The booking engine connects services, upgrades, availability and admin tools; content areas support testimonials, gallery, blog and local pages.

Design Rationale

Near-black surfaces give the photography contrast and restraint

One emerald accent is reserved for actions, keeping the system disciplined

Condensed uppercase display type gives the brand weight without extra decoration
